- Backer board and waterproofing
- Tile walls and floor, then grout
- Vanity, toilet, trim and glass
- Final cleanup and walkthrough
What stretches the schedule in older homes
Hidden rot, a floor that needs leveling, galvanized pipe that has to go, or wiring that needs an electrician. These are why we look closely before quoting and talk about likely surprises ahead of time.
Living through it
If it is your only bathroom, plan for a few days without a working shower. We sequence the job to get the toilet back quickly when we can, and we tell you the exact days ahead of time.
